Answer: Clear Slate is not a credit repair company; we offer financial Literacy. Our experts educate you on understanding credit, how to leverage your credit, how to improve your credit through 3rd party companies and offer financial resources to help you achieve your personal and business goals.
2. How soon will I see Results:
Answer: No credit repair or Financial consulting company can promise a particular result within a certain time frame since every case and credit report is different.

3. What information do I need to provide to you:
Answer: All you need to do is provide us with 1 of the 4 credit monitoring companies login information and we will access your report and review it with you.
(Myfreescorenow, Identity Iq, Smart Credit or MyScoreIQ.)

4. How Do I get Started:
Answer: You can schedule a consultation online. You will be connected to an experienced credit consultant who will assist you. It is recommended that you have your three bureau report ready in order to expedite the process. You will need to retrieve your credit score from 1of the 4 credit monitoring companies we work with,
(Myfreescorenow, Identity Iq, Smart Credit or MyScoreIQ).

6. Is your services available if I live out of state:
Answer: Yes, we can conduct business via email or fax.
7. What is the cost:
Answer: There is a one-time initial fee of $750 / includes 6 months of consulting. After 6 months, if a client would like to continue the financial literacy program the cost is $166.00 per month.
8. Refunds:
Answer: After payment has been made and services has begun , there are no refunds. After you have completed the six month literacy and decide to continue using our monthly services , you can cancel your monthly services at anytime.
You must submit a cancelation notice, 7 business days before the next month via email.
